10:00am – 11:00am  “Dead whales do tell tales.” Moe Flannery, Ornithology and Mammalogy,  Collection Manager,  California Academy of Sciences.

11:00am – noon. “Who Let the Dogs In.” Laurie Monserrat.  ”Service  Animals .” Jan Garrett,  Pacific American with Disabilities Act.

Noon – 12:45pm. GROUP PHOTO and lunch break.

12:45pm1:30pm. “Radios. Regulations, and More!” John Eleby, Supervisory Ranger, Visitor and Resource Protection.

1:30pm – 2:30pm. “Docent Tips, Techniques,  and Practices.”  Frank Binney, Beth Cataldo, Sterling Hada, and Barbara Lutes.

2:30pm – 4:30pm “Being a Presentation on Northern Elephant Seals.”  Dan Crocker, Professor, Sonoma State University.
